WFE Consulting is a Los Angeles-based full service firm that provides brand and social media management, marketing, advertising, human resources and strategic planning to small and BIPOC owned businesses. At WFE Consulting, your success is our success. Rather than being sound boards, we pride ourselves in creating valuable partnerships with small businesses to assist them in reaching their business goals; our consultants take full assessments of businesses to build out effective and tailored solutions to meet the clients needs. 

WFE Consulting was founded in South Central Los Angeles, after Founder/Principal Lee Andrew Smith II, spent years working closely with Sam Garrett to build the All Flavor No Grease (AFNG) brand. In just a few short years, an idea to open a black-owned taco stand in the heart of Watts, California developed into a fleet of food trucks with national attention. AFNG’s success led Smith to founding an agency that would serve both aspiring and tenured restaurateurs. A South Central native and Business Management graduate from Norfolk State University, it was no surprise when Smith bet on himself and left his corporate America career to build capacity for local food service businesses. 

WFE Consulting is committed to hiring within the community that raised him, which is why we partner with local nonprofit organizations to outsource jobs, and provide positions to staff client food trucks and restaurants. 

At WFE we value our clients as partners and we invest in our partners outside of projects by offering media training, building personal and business credit, and financial planning.
